 very disappointingAug 22, 2010
I've had other Print Shop programs in the past and I've never had any problems with the installation until this purchase. I'm not a "computer geek" but the instructions were not user friendly. I wanted to talk to a "human" at their customer service. The number was on the instruction manuel however the number was no longer in use. I uninstalled the product and waited a few days; I read and re read the instructions. Today I attempted to install again and by ACCIDENT I got this program to work. Not good, not happy.

It works great with Windows 7. I use this program all the time. Great price, great product.

Good product. I have been a fan of Print Shop Programs for many years. Finally upgraded to 23 and I have not been disappointed.
 Not the same as old print shopJul 06, 2010
This was a big disappointment. The old print shop had so much more to offer. Not only that the program did not down load properly. I sent it back for a refund.

I have found The Print Shop to be valuable in several different projects such as greeting cards, certificates, business cards, and calendars. It is very easy to set up and print all of these and I refer to this program quite often.
