I believed it help me right a way. It's one of the best learning to type cd's out there.

My product is unusable/faulty but I waited too long to use it and find this out. During the assessments, it shows me letters and keys I have not been taught, so I can't get through it. I might try contacting the manufacturer because Amazon will only give me half off and I have to spend time and money on shipping to even get that.

I bought this for my sister as a refresher after many years of being away from typing. She found it fun, easy and helpful and has increased her speed and acurracy. This will really help her in those medical transcription classes. For the price, its well worth it.

I am a musician(pianist) which helps me ,I guess.
I am enjoying the lessons so far but have a restricted use of left shoulder which means I have trouble controlling my left hand.Regardless,I think I will be able to manage.I like the fun part of the programme,i.e.playing games.I have to wait for the letters to appear on the screen often which is annoying.Suggest the response time in the programe for this can be speeded up?

It was determined by our Management Staff, that
all Bus Drivers would have to use the pc for E-Mail.
But we did not receive any training. Mavis Beacon
Teaches Typing Deluxe 20, has helped me to answer
e-mails much faster and efficiently. It is easy
to use, and the typing games do help with speed.
